AI Tools for Process Automation

MontEDIH is organizing the training “Overview of AI Tools for Process Automation”, intended for organizations that want to improve their day-to-day work through the practical and responsible use of modern AI tools. The training focuses on real office and administrative tasks, where AI assistants can significantly speed up content preparation, document processing, and basic automation of routine steps along with a clear explanation of limitations and principles of safe use.

Through practical examples and guided exercises, participants will learn how to use AI as support for tasks such as: document summarization, drafting letters and replies, structured extraction of key information, preparation of basic templates, and checking content consistency. Special emphasis will be placed on how to properly define prompts, verify the accuracy of generated results, protect confidential data, and establish simple internal rules for the use of AI tools within an organization.

  • Public institutions and public administration bodies
  • Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
  • Organizations and teams working with documents, procedures, and repetitive administrative tasks
