Institutions Receive Free Expert Support for Digital Transformation Through the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro’s EDIH Concierge Service
Public institutions in Montenegro can now receive free expert support to enhance their digital maturity, modernize work processes, and plan for green transformation through the EDIH Concierge service provided by the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro. Although the Chamber primarily focuses on supporting the business sector, this service is also available to both state and local government institutions.
This personalized service is implemented within the MontEDIH project (European Digital Innovation Hub of Montenegro). It enables institutions to assess their needs, identify key challenges, and select the most effective digital and innovative solutions to improve their operations with the guidance of experts.
Through this service, users gain direct access to experts, consulting on available technologies and tools, and guidance toward specific services from the MontEDIH portfolio. These services are designed to contribute to more efficient operations, better resource management, and higher-quality services for citizens and the economy.
To promote these opportunities, the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro organized an EDIH Concierge event, which gathered representatives from public institutions interested in strengthening their capacities in digital and green transition.
Through direct communication with the Chamber’s MontEDIH team, participants had the opportunity to learn about concrete steps toward modernization, available resources, expert support, and the innovative technological solutions at their disposal.
It was particularly emphasized that the EDIH Concierge service—along with all other services offered under the MontEDIH project—is entirely free of charge for users. It serves as a vital mechanism for connecting institutions with experts and specialized services provided by the MontEDIH consortium.
As the first European Digital Innovation Hub in Montenegro, MontEDIH plays a crucial role in supporting the digital and green transformation of the economy and the public sector, linking domestic stakeholders with the European network of innovation hubs and modern innovation practices.
The MontEDIH project is co-financed by the European Commission and the Government of Montenegro.
