Overview:

The "Digital Transformation in Industrial Sectors" conference aims to bring together industry leaders, public sector representatives, and the expert community to exchange knowledge and experiences regarding the application of digital technologies. The focus is on enhancing competitiveness through innovation, automation, and smart solutions, featuring concrete examples of best practices and available support for corporate digital transformation. The event is structured around a keynote theme, two panel sessions, a technology block, and a segment dedicated to success stories.

The conference will be opened by Dr. Igor Radusinović from the University of Montenegro, coordinator of the MontEDIH project, while Ana Marković (ICT Cortex) will present the conference's objectives.

Keynote Theme:

Digitalization in Industrial Sectors – exploring how digital technologies are reshaping manufacturing and business processes, and the specific benefits they offer to the public sector and MSMEs. This topic will be presented by Branimir Bukilić, CEO of Data Design and President of the ICT Cortex Board of Directors.

Panel Discussions:

• "The Importance of Digital Technologies for Business Development" – Moderated by Valentina Radulović, Director of the Science and Technology Park.
• "The Use of AI Across Various Industrial Sectors" – Moderated by Nada Rakočević from the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro.

Technology Block:

Featuring product and service presentations from six member companies of the ICT Cluster.

Success Stories:

To conclude on an inspiring note, representatives from Agromont and Veletex will share their experiences and journeys through the digitalization of business processes.
