Na Univerzitetu Crne Gore održana radionica „Uvod u EU fondove i upravljanje projektima”

The workshop brought together representatives from micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and public institutions, aiming to strengthen the knowledge and practical skills required for the effective utilization of European Union funds and more active participation in EU programs and projects.

Participants gained a comprehensive overview of the structure and functioning of EU funds, the regulatory framework, and key concepts of the project cycle. A particular focus was placed on navigating the Funding & Tenders Portal as the central tool for identifying relevant calls, as well as the project proposal preparation process ranging from analyzing tender documentation to finalizing the financial structure.

The final segment of the program covered project implementation and reporting to the relevant authorities, featuring an interactive discussion and exchange of experiences with experts from the Projects Office of the University of Montenegro.
