Target users:  Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) interested in developing and adapting their products and services to better meet market demands and increase competitiveness.

Course Content:  This training is designed as a three-day, intensive mentoring program for SMEs aiming to develop or enhance products and solutions in line with real-world market needs. The program combines an analytical approach, practical tools, and individual mentoring to optimize existing business models or develop new ones.

Day 1: Understanding the Modern Consumer Participants will analyze key trends and the evolution of consumer behavior. The focus is on defining user personas, mapping the customer journey, and improving customer experience (CX) to identify the actual problems and needs of end-users.

Day 2: External Environment and Competitive Analysis Using practical tools and real-world examples, participants will learn how to identify market opportunities and threats. This session focuses on assessing competitive positioning and recognizing the key differentiators of their products and services.

Day 3: Integration and the Lean Business Model Canvas The final day focuses on integrating acquired insights through the Lean Business Model Canvas. Participants will work on structuring and optimizing business models, testing their Value Proposition, and aligning their products with market requirements.

Upon completion, participants will gain competencies in market analysis, developing user-centric solutions, strategic business model thinking, and data-driven decision-making, thereby strengthening their competitiveness and sustainability in the digital environment.

Additional notes: Participants are required to bring their own laptop. The training is conducted in person, with an option for online attendance. The number of participants per session and per company is limited.
