The workshop “Introduction to EU Funds and Project Management” will be held on 26 February 2026, starting at 10:00 am, at the premises of the Rectorate of the University of Montenegro. The event is organized within the MontEDIH project and is intended for representatives of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, as well as public institutions, with the aim of strengthening knowledge and practical skills necessary for the successful use of European Union funds and participation in EU programmes and projects.

Through this one-day training, participants will gain a comprehensive overview of the structure and functioning of EU funds, key concepts and the regulatory framework, as well as the roles and responsibilities of beneficiaries throughout the project cycle. Special emphasis will be placed on the use of the Funding & Tenders Portal as the main tool for finding relevant calls, as well as on the project proposal preparation process, including analysis of call documentation, closing the financial structure, and identifying key elements for high-quality applications.

In the final part of the programme, topics related to project implementation and reporting to competent institutions will be addressed, along with experience sharing and discussion with lecturers from the Project Office of the University of Montenegro. The workshop is organized as a one-day event with a limited number of participants.
