Six-Month Incubation Program for Startups

Target users: SMEs and startups looking to enhance their digital and business capacities, modernize services, digitalize processes, and accelerate market growth.

Startups applying for this educational program must be headquartered in Montenegro and registered in the Central Registry of Business Entities (CRPS).

Course Content:

Six-Month Incubation Program for Startups is a structured and intensive educational path designed for startups aiming to evolve from an initial idea to a market-validated and investment-ready business. Through 15 carefully designed coursesparticipants will gain practical knowledge, work on their own projects, and achieve concrete results conducive to scaling.

Poseban fokus stavljen je na prvih 10 kurseva, koji čine temelj svakog uspješnog startapa. Program počinje identifikacijom poslovnih prilika i analizom tržišta, pomažući timovima da jasno definišu problem koji rješavaju i svoju ciljnu grupu. Zatim slijedi postavljanje vizije i strateških ciljeva, što startupu daje jasan smjer i fokus.

Financial Management: Covers essential aspects of money management—from cash flow and budgeting to basic accounting principles. Participants will learn how to access various funding sources, including grants and investments.

Operations & Branding: Develops process and project management skills while simultaneously building brand identity and market positioning. Marketing & Sales: A central pillar of the program, covering content strategy, digital presence, sales funnels, and B2B/B2C models. This segment culminates in pitch training, teaching startups how to present their ideas persuasively to investors.

● Specialized Topics (Final 5 Courses): Covers process optimization using AI tools, HRM and talent management basics, cybersecurity, and Intellectual Property (IP). The program concludes with workshops dedicated to soft skills for entrepreneurs.

All courses are led by experienced professionals with extensive backgrounds in entrepreneurship and innovation.

Duration:

● Course Structure: Each individual course lasts an average of 16 hours (delivered over two or three days, depending on the agenda). ● Total Duration: 6 months, realized in two cycles. ● Cycle 1 (May – July): First 8 courses. ● Cycle 2 (September – November): Remaining 7 courses.

● Format:

Format: Courses are held in-person at the ICT Cortex premises (ul. dr Vukašina Markovića 54, Podgorica). Mentorship: In addition to the workshops, each startup is entitled to 15 hours of online mentorship (averaging 1 hour per course) for personalized consultations.

Osim pohađanja radionica uživo, svaki startap, u navedenom periodu od 6 mjeseci,  ima pravo na 15 sati mentorstva (u prosjeku 1 sat mentorstva po kursu) koje podrazumijeva konsultacije sa mentorom u online formatu.
