This service is provided within the framework of MontEDIH \u2013 the Montenegrin European Digital Innovation Hub.<\/p>\n<p>The goal is to provide companies with a clear insight into their current level of business digitalization and identify opportunities for improvement through the application of modern digital technologies. The assessment includes an analysis of several key business aspects, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>-\tThe level of digitalization of business processes;<\/li>\n<li>-\tThe digital skill levels of employees;<\/li>\n<li>-\tManagement readiness for digital transformation;<\/li>\n<li>-\tPotential for implementing innovative technologies and business models.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Based on the assessment results, companies receive recommendations for the next steps in their digital transformation journey, as well as the opportunity to utilize additional MontEDIH services. MontEDIH serves as a platform supporting the digital and green transformation of the economy through access to knowledge, expertise, and advanced technologies.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the digital maturity assessment, the project offers other free services to companies, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>-\tTest Before Invest: Testing digital technologies prior to investment;<\/li>\n<li>-\tEducation and Training: Development of digital skills;<\/li>\n<li>-\tAdvisory Support: Crafting digital transformation strategies;<\/li>\n<li>-\tAccess to Finance and Internationalization: Support in securing funding and expanding business reach;<\/li>\n<li>-\tNetworking: Connecting with technological partners and companies across Europe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All services within the project are free of charge for SMEs, provided that applications are submitted according to the procedures outlined in the public call.<\/p>\n<p>We invite all interested companies to seize this opportunity and take the first step toward digital transformation and strengthening their competitiveness in domestic and international markets.<\/p>\n<p>For any further clarifications, please contact us at montedih@pkcg.org, after which we can schedule a meeting to address any potential questions.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Privredna komora Crne Gore poziva mala i srednja preduze\u0107a da se prijave za besplatnu procjenu digitalne zrelosti preduze\u0107a.
