Course Content: <\/strong>In the modern business environment, data has become the most valuable resource of any organization. Its proper use allows companies to make informed and strategic decisions, while neglecting data analysis leads to a loss of market relevance. This educational program is designed to empower small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as public institutions, to develop the skills necessary for effective data management and analysis using modern digital tools.<\/p>\n

Through creative sessions and hands-on practical work, participants will gain knowledge in:\nFundamentals of data management and the importance of a data-driven approach in business. Methods for data collection, cleaning, and structuring. Utilizing data visualization tools and creating comprehensive reports. Analytical thinking and identifying patterns and trends within data. Leveraging digital tools to make swift, precise decisions based on real-time data.<\/p>\n

\u25cf\tDay 1: Introduction to Data Analysis and Digital Tool Fundamentals Participants will explore the significance of data analysis in modern business and get acquainted with digital tools (Google Sheets\/Excel), focusing on data collection, cleaning, and basic visualization.<\/p>\n

\u25cf\tDay 2: Advanced Data Analysis and Visualization The focus shifts to deepening technical skills through the use of advanced functions, pivot tables, and the creation of professional graphical representations.<\/p>\n

\u25cf\tDay 3: Analytical Thinking and Decision Making Participants will work on recognizing patterns and trends, generating reports, and performing independent data analysis by applying the knowledge acquired during the course.<\/p>\n

\u25cf\tTarget Level: The program is tailored for beginners and intermediate users, focusing on specific challenges faced by Montenegrin companies in their daily operations.<\/p>\n
